A seasoned senior executive and board-ready leader with over 20 years of leadership experience across the energy and services sectors in Africa. I have held C-suite and executive leadership roles spanning Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Angola, and Congo, with deep exposure to operating in regulated, capital-intensive, and growth-oriented environments.
I currently serve as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Geoplex, providing strategic and operational oversight across multiple African markets. In this role, I work closely with the Board and executive leadership on long-term strategy, enterprise risk management, financial performance, capital allocation, and organisational effectiveness.

Regional Rig Operations Optimization
Spearheaded a regional turnaround initiative across 5 active drilling rigs. Implemented advanced process modeling and Lean methodologies to reduce Non-Productive Time (NPT) by 22%, saving the client an estimated $12M annually.
Enterprise Process Simulation & Safety Upgrade
Managed the technical redesign and process simulation for an aging onshore processing facility. Integrated new automated safety shut-down systems without halting ongoing production, achieving a 100% incident-free execution record.
